Everyone learns differently. At Superior Wash, we take that concept seriously. When prospective franchisees begin to join the Superior Wash team, there is a lot of learning to be done. As a national fleet washing franchise that uses pressure washing technology to clean massive trucking fleets, franchisees must learn the business from top to bottom to succeed.
We offer extensive learning opportunities to get franchisees ready and ensure they find long-term success. But we do it in different ways, so different learning styles are accommodated. We offer four different training and career development styles to get franchisees prepped for a future as business leaders. Let’s look at what they are.
Classroom Training
Some people prefer to learn in classrooms, as they can easily grasp the more academic teaching style. At Superior Wash, our franchisees have extensive classroom training where our leadership team can impart their wisdom in an indoor, more theoretical setting. Here, franchisees learn the key concepts of running this business and begin to establish the framework of knowledge necessary to succeed.
Field Training
If you prefer to grasp concepts through hands-on methods, our field training is for you. This is when franchisees get to learn by doing. Our leadership team will walk them through the ins and outs of actually providing the service Superior Wash offers, and they can get the experience necessary to understand what it is we provide. This part of the training is done in the real environment where Superior Wash offers our fleet washing.
Virtual Training
For others, their ideal way to learn is independently and with technology. This is what our virtual training offers. Franchisees can learn from a digital database of information that briefs them on important things to know about the business. There is no teacher, just a computer, and franchisees can work through it on their own time.
Long-Term Business Coaching
Lastly, when training has finished, the learning doesn’t stop. Superior Wash provides business coaching from our leadership team for the duration of franchisees’ experience. This is a communicative process that is all about relationship building and mentorship.
